THE WARRIOR'S LETTERS: PLAN B
There's an ancient story that included a man named XENOPHON, He was a man that was part of the team of Greek Mercenaries that proposed to take over the Persian empire.
You see, at this time, This was a War between the Greek Mercenaries and the Persian Kingdom.
The Mercenaries wanted to Overthrow the Persian Kingdom, But to their surprise they shortly the met their imminent Doom.
Apparently, The Persians were too strong and intelligent, and so they had crafted a strategy that made them immune to the attacks of the Greeks.
The Persians tricked the Leaders of The Greek Mercenaries into a Dialogue and they would "Surrender"
When the Leaders of the mercenaries showed up, They killed Everyone of them.
Sidebar: You may be asking in your mind right now "Director, Lawrence, What is my business with all this Story?, Wetin concern me, Concern Xenophon or this Entire war"
....Don't worry, I'll tell you how it concerns you soon, But just follow through with the Story.
Back to the story.....
When the rest of the Greek troops heard that their leaders had died, they panicked because they felt that they were either going to be killed or Sold to slavery.
This is where the Writer, Xenophon came in.
You see, Xenophon was a writer and not a warrior and He only accompanied the warriors because his responsibility was to "Report and Write all that happened"
This means that Xenophon was a Journalist.
You can call him the "RUFAI of The Greek Mercenaries"
You see, Xenophon, had Studied Philosophy and Honed his ability to think critically and so he was calm even in the midst of the looming chaos.
At this point he was the only CALM Person amongst the mercenaries.
While everyone of the soldiers had their minds wandering and Distracted with fear of how they would be killed just like their leaders, he was able to Draft out a robust plan of Escape for the left over Greek Mercenaries.
A plan to leave Persia.(and possibily fight another day)
He told the rest of the soldiers this plan with Confidence, They Trusted him and made him their DE-FACTO leader almost Immediately.
They loved him even more because of His ability to make decisions and follow through on the plan.
Did the Plan work?
You bet it did.
It took Several Years but they surely were able to escape.
What is the lesson for you here?
Some of you reading this are like the Greek Mercenaries that had a Plan to Take over Persia.
But now, Your plan was to Study a certain field. Maybe medicine or engineering.
You have and had dreams and plans to become an artist of some sort
Your plan was to Build a certain Kind of Business and become wealthy.
Your intent was to Dominate and create content online.
But now life happened, and somehow, That plan seems to no longer be in sight.
...and just like the other Greek Mercenaries Panicked and settled to be killed and sold to slavery, You too have decided to Settle for Less than you initially had in mind.
Now, There's nothing Intrinsically wrong with Settling for Less.
But, The downside to settling for Less is in the word "LESS"
It means that you Become broke,beggarly and Weak.
That is not the Kind of life you want to give your children.
What you want to do is to become like Xenophon, Who was able to put Together a PLAN B to Still have their lives Preserved.
THE LESSON
Yes,Life will not always work out the way you planned it at First, so you have to Practical to work out something to ensure that you Don't loose.
....and taking a step further from Xenophon, Drafting out A PLAN B to WIN.
I'll end with this.
To Become like Xenophon you must observe what made him who he is.
1. He was CALM and FOCUSED; you must avoid everything that Comprises a distraction in your life and Crucify your past "FAILURE", So that you are able to think Properly and Strategize.
Sidebar: Nobody will do this for you. You will suffer terribly in the modern world if you are unable to FOCUS and remain stagnated in Fear.
2. He was Knowledgeable: Remember, Xenophon was a Philosopher, this means that he understood Strategy and Warfare. For you, You may need to find out "How to Build a great business from a book","Use YouTube", You may need to take Extra Courses, You may need to ask questions from people ahead of you.
Anything, to get the Requisite knowledge you need
3. He Thought through his strategy and Planned: you must think based on the Knowledge you know have! "If I do this, what will possibly happen?" And then Strategize
4. You must act Immediately upon your Plan: Do not Procrastinate on your new found Decisions. This was Xenophon's strength, Even though he had no Military Experience.
5. Be Patient:it took years for the Greek Mercenaries to escape and it will also take time before you see the results of your plan and action.
....Just like you wait for a tree to grow and bear Fruit While to keep watering and Tending it, You must be patient with the outcome, but Relentless with implementing your plans.
We are in the Third Month of the Year already, Make the most of the time you have.
You are more than this.
